On the main menu, highlight new game and hold:

: Streets of Rome- ++
: Gallows Tree - ++
: The Base - ++
: The 13th Floor
After a few seconds, the screen will go black and the level will load.
Get all secrets
During gameplay, pause the game, select the Timex-TMX from your inventory and hold 
for a few seconds. After a while, the secret count will jump to 36, letting you access the special features from the main menu.
