Ryosuke Masuda (増田 亮介) is a former game designer at Sega of Japan best-known for his work on sports games like the Saka Tsuku series. Somewhat ironically, he joined Yahoo in 2003, the same year the Sega subsidiary he worked for, Smilebit, was restructured into a more sports-focused developer.

At Yahoo, Masuda was a producer for Yahoo Sports Sports Navi. In 2005 he joined Recruit, becoming the editor-in-chief and general manager of Recruit Shingaku Net. In 2010 he was appointed CEO of Touchpoint and in 2011 director of Targeting. In September 2011, Ryosuke Masuda and Hajime Nagatomo (also previously an employee at Recruit) established Zerogra, a consulting company[2], and have since been on its board of directors[1].
