Shigekazu Hayashi (林 繁和) is a former counselor from Sega Enterprises's Overseas Consumer Business Headquarters, who was seconded to Sega of Europe[1], acting as the company's Director of Marketing[2][3][4].
He left Sega to work for Virgin Interactive Entertainment Japan and later worked with Acclaim Entertainment.
