Shigekazu Hayashi (林 繁和) is a former counselor and director from Sega Enterprises's Overseas Consumer Business Headquarters, who was seconded to Sega of Europe[2], acting as the company's Director of Marketing[3][4][5].
He worked at Sega from at least 1991 until 1994[1], leaving to work for Virgin Interactive Entertainment Japan and later worked with Acclaim Entertainment.
