Sega, S.A. Sonic v. Sega Enterprises, Ltd. is a case where Eduardo Morales-Hermo of the Spanish Sega distributor Sega, S.A. (Segasa) sued the Japanese Sega Enterprises, Ltd. sometime in the 1990s over the first "use of Sonic".[1]
