Rotate the screen
At any point during gameplay, press HOLD 
+
(anti-clockwise) or HOLD +
(clockwise) to rotate the screen 90 degrees (creating a so-called "tate" mode). HOLD +
returns the screen to normal.
Unlock all zones
Start a new game with the initials JAW. Every zone will then be selectable on the following screen.
