Test screens
Sound test
Press 
on the Options screen. Unlike most sound test menus in games, this sound test automatically advances to the next track like a music player rather than loop the tracks.
Cross-hatch and color test
Press on the Options screen.
Screen and sound delay test
Press on the Options screen. As the game was designed to be played in the Mega Drive Mini's emulator, this screen may have been used testing latency during development of the console.
