Minoru Kidooka (木戸岡 稔) is a Japanese programmer and executive. His programming work dates back to the Sega SG-1000 version of Monaco GP, released in 1983. In 1988 he founded Arc System Works and programmed their first contract work, Double Dragon for the Sega Master System[2].
