Teitoku no Ketsudan III (提督の決断Ⅲ) is the sequel to Teitoku no Ketsudan II (aka Pacific Theater of Operations II), and was released for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation in 1997.

Teitoku no Ketsudan III is, just like it's predecessors, a grand strategy game. Players will take control of either Imperial Japanese Navy or United States Navy and attempt to achieve supremacy in the Pacific.

An upgrade, Teitoku no Ketsudan III with Power-Up Kit was released the following year.

No version of the game was released outside Japan. The game's sequel, Teitoku no Ketsudan IV on the PlayStation 2, did see a North American release however, as P.T.O.: Pacific Theater of Operations IV.
