On the title screen, press PAUSE 
PAUSE .
Get all inventory
Start the game, go left into the kitchen, open the fridge to get the salami stick, grab the cat then exit to the hallway on the left. Enter the right-most door to the children's bedroom, pause the game and press HOLD
