Border Break Airburst (ボーダーブレイク エアバースト) is the Ver.2.0 update to Border Break.
For the base update, the most notable change is the addition of the Waft Loader[3], a large flying weapon that can carry up to 3 Blast Runners. Part-way through a match, it appears at a Waftport and can be boarded by multiple Blast Runners who share piloting and firing duties.[4]
It introduces 2 new Blast Runners, the lightweight Saber and the heavyweight Discas,
The Clan Exercises mode is added, a highly requested feature.[4] Registered members of BB.NET can use the service to assemble a clan and fight each other or fight against another clan. This mode only gives out class points to players up to C1 level. B1 and up can only do so in National Battle mode.[4]
