The Social Team, also known as the Sonic Social Team and the Community Team[2], is a small group within Sonic Studio dedicated to handling the company's various social media accounts. Tasked with directly interacting with the community and representing Sega's various brands (particularly the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise), the team generally consists of marketers and producers who use outlets like Twitter to relay official announcements and related news.
