Davidson & Associates, Inc. was an American edutainment video game developer and publisher which primarily specialized in children's software for Windows PCs.
It acquired Blizzard Entertainment in early 1994[1] and Condor in 1996 (renaming the latter Blizzard North)[3]. It was itself acquired in July 1996 by CUC International[1].
Davidson was merged into CUC's Knowledge Adventure division in 1998, though the brand continued to be used until 1999.
