Die Hard Trilogy/Hidden content

During the copyright screen that appears as the game boots, press 
(CABBY CABBY). If successful, the screen should flash white after the copyrights fade out.
Now during any of the three games, pause and you will find a new "cheats" menu. All have either an invincibility or infinite lives option, and a level select.
