Digger is an arcade game released by Gremlin/Sega for VIC Dual hardware in 1980. It is a retooled version of Heiankyo Alien, an arcade game that runs on cloned Head On hardware.
Players control a man who must navigate a maze with a shovel. One button digs out a hole, the other fills it in. The objective is to try and get your enemies trapped in holes and then bury them underground.
