Eiji Ikuta (生田 英司) is a Japanese video game developer. His earliest known contribution is a 1994 patent for a power adaptor[1]. He worked on Game Gear games as a game designer, but in late 1995, moved to Sega AM2 to work as an arcade game programmer.
