Seven Force post-boss cutscene bug

When the Seven Force is defeated, the player character(s) will automatically position themselves on the left of the screen to receive the green gem thrown by Green. However, if a player switches sides right as Green appears from the Seven Force, their character will be stuck on the other side of the shaft with the mine cart's animation getting confused on where the player should be, followed by Green throwing the gem at nothing and the gem disappearing.

Not fixed in any version.
