Story
ULTRA-CITY 2049 A.D: Crime is running rampant and regular prisons have become overcrowded. Private hi-tech prisons built in secret places are prospering. Inmates are subject to the draconian rules and laws of those jailhouses. The sadistic warden known as EXITOR not only conducts illegal experiments on the prisoners, turning them into grotesque superhumans … he also lets them face off in a lethal contest named INSANE PAIN. For them the ultimate price is freedom. For the warden their struggle is pure entertainment, and a means to achieve a secret personal goal ...
