Keisuke Nakamura (中村 圭介) is a game designer and director at Sega of Japan. His debut work was Sakura Taisen 2: Kimi, Shinitamou Koto Nakare[1]. He later became the chief director of Phantasy Star Online 2 starting with Episode 4 and the PS4 version[3][1].
