Kenji Arakawa (荒川 健司) was an artist at Hitmaker for who participated in the launch of World Club Champion Football[1], as well as Plus e.[2] Since 2008, he has worked as representative director and creative director at moff Inc., where his work involves GUI development, graphic design and data visualization.[1]
