Kentarou Tomii (富井 健太郎) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He started at developer Smilebit in the early 2000's, but later became part of Sonic Team (then named Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 1) through The Rub Rabbits!, and since 2006 has been consistently involved with the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
