Masayuki Kibe (岐部昌幸, often nicknamed as Kibe-kun or Staff Writer Kibe) is a script writer for Fuji Television. He mainly is known for his appearances in GameCenter CX.

Kibe is known to be a Sega fan. During multiple instances in secondary segments of GameCenter CX, Arino makes fun of him with his experience with Sega consoles, including a childhood story about his mother confusing the Famicom with a SG-1000 and buying it over the Nintendo system. Influences of Kibe on Sega are interviews with its employees, such as Yuji Naka and Yosuke Okunari.

Outside of Fuji TV and Sega projects, Kibe is a guest host on the Eiko Kano no CritiKano Hit segments from Square Enix's Japanese YouTube channel.
