Merge Games is an independent video game publisher and distributor. Alongside its Signature Edition label, Merge publishes games for PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox platforms. Titles include Dead Cells, Moonlighter, Darkest Dungeon and Sparklite.
History
Merge Games is an independent games publisher, based in Cheshire, England. Launched in January 2010 by Managing Director, Luke Keighran, Merge Games has grown tremendously in both the digital and retail arena. They worked with major publishers over the last ten years and helped developers and smaller publishers get access to ‘hard to reach’ gaming markets like Russia, Middle East, Turkey, Pakistan and others.
In 2011, they opened up directly into the UK retail market and their games can be found on shelves in Game, Morrisons and other UK nationwide retailers. They have a big portfolio representing indie game developers globally on PC ESD portals, such as Big Fish Games and Steam.
