Mitsuki Kagawa (加川 光希) is a former library programmer at Sega of Japan who worked on several Sonic the Hedgehog games. Some time after his work on Sonic Forces, he left Sega and worked on Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for MonolithSoft[3].
