Niles Nemo is a fictional comic book character created by Bill Kunkel and Dave Sullivan of The Communiqué Group in order to promote video games through Sega Visions magazine. Niles was portrayed as a stereotypical "cool" teenager of the early 1990s with a love a pizza, and who would often dream of Sega games.

Niles appeared in several early editions of Sega Visions but was retired in 1992 when the magazine was redesigned. Sega were not the only company to produce similar comic book material around this period - NEC infamously created a comic strip starring "Johnny Turbo", in an effort to prove why a TurboGrafx-CD was a better choice than a Sega Mega-CD.
