Monuments
If a booby-trapped switch is pressed, a monument is destroyed, with the Mega-CD version showing the monument collapsing or exploding. The PlayStation 2 version changes this to show the monument erupting into a fountain of feces instead, likely to avoid comparison to real-life terrorist attacks.
The Mega-CD version shows the ruins of the Statue of Liberty in a desert wasteland if all monuments are destroyed. The PlayStation 2 version changes this ending to an FMV depicting Earth transforming into a giant ball of feces that is pushed into a black hole by a dung beetle.
