Play as Gouki
In the Arcade Battle, Running Battle, or Training modes, select Ryu in the character select screen and press 
to select Gouki. He is automatically unlocked in the Free Battle mode.
Play as Dan
In the Arcade Battle, Running Battle, or Training modes, select Ken in the character select screen and press 
to select Dan. He is automatically unlocked in the Free Battle mode.
