Extra teams (Powerball)
On the team selection screen press 
. This will add Mexico, Germany, Canada and France below[1].
Extra teams (Wrestleball)
On the team selection hold 
+. This will add Kung Fu, Muaythay, Sumo and Martial below.
Sound test
Go to "League Cont.", select China as a team and when prompted for a password, input "KWGEN"[2].

Right after the the ROM header at 200 in Powerball is a list of credits:
