Renee Greenwood is an American businesswoman and former Sega Developer Technical Support product manager of developer products and services.[1]
History
Greenwood joined Sega of America's Developer Technical Support division in December 1993[1] and acted as the main point of communication for third-party developers who needed assistance in producing games for Sega hardware and software. Working closely with the internal Developer Products and Services group which received developer requests, Greenwood and her team would then contact the respective developers to assist with their problems.[1]
Maintaining an open channel of active communication with developers was crucial to the efficacy of Developer Technical Support's work - as was reaching out to developers about upcoming hardware and software. In addition to overseeing technical support requests, Greenwood also focused on keeping the developer community constantly informed about upcoming development tools and related products.[1]
