Ryohsaku Noguchi (野口 亮作) is a former game designer at Sega of Japan. He joined Sega in 2006 and was assigned to AM R&D Dept.#3, working on arcade games, such as the World Club Champion Football series and The World of Three Kingdoms, after which he focused on smartphone game development with Chain Chronicle.
