Seisuke Morioka (森岡 誠介) is a former developer at Sega of Japan, who was mainly responsible for the invention of various image processing devices/methods, according to patents. As a Sagittarius[2], he was born in November/December.

After 7 years with the company, Morioka left Sega in 2001 to work for Real Vision, and has worked for various companies after that. Since October 2020 he has owned an individual business under the IT company Integer System[4].
