Simon & Schuster, LLC is an American book publisher.

In 1975, Simon & Schuster was purchased by Gulf+Western, the then-owner of Sega. This means that some of Sega's early computer games were distributed by S&S, and after the company's sale to CSK, the remnants of Sega Enterprises, Inc. briefly became "Simon & Schuster Entertainment Software, Inc.".

Simon & Schuster would return to video games by establishing Simon & Schuster Interactive in 1995.

S&S, alongside the rest of Paramount Communications was purchased by Viacom International in 1994 and was later spun-off into the second incarnation of CBS Corporation in 2006 alongside several assets such as CBS Broadcasting, UPN, Paramount Television, Showtime Networks, Infinity Radio, Paramount Parks among others. Said company would merge with the second incarnation of Viacom to form ViacomCBS in 2019 which would become Paramount Global three years later. In 2023, Paramount sold the publisher to equity firm KKR & Co.
