- From what I can tell, there were two releases: one in a box, and another in/with a special pouch. The pouch appears to be the one for driving schools, and the boxed one... was this released to the public? I don't think they'd make a boxed copy for driving schools... unless it was available for purchase from the driving school itself? Seems more likely the boxed copy was available for standard purchase.
