List of unreleased Mega Drive games

a.k.a. Unreleased Mega Drive games is outdated and I forgot to trim it, despite saying in January 2016 that I would. Oops.

This is an automated version - the UnreleasedBob template could do with a couple more fields and how we define ROM dumps could be formalised (spoilers: they might even get their own pages someday), but beats having to manually maintain a list. This way, we only have to document the details once.

Also I'm thinking "state before cancellation" could be as simple as three possible values:

• Early (as in, didn't make it past the initial design stage so no chance of a ROM dump)
• Partial(?) (something is playable but the game is far from finished (e.g. Sonic Crackers))
• Late (game was, for all intents and purposes, finished (e.g. Half-Life on the Dreamcast))
