Was P.J. Pizzazz Garden Grove originally planned for Orange?
- This County of Orange planning meeting minutes from 1981[1] documents a planned P.J. Pizzazz in Orange's The City Shopping Center. Said mall is directly on the border of Garden Grove (you could easily interchange the two cities and still be correct), and only four blocks away from the confirmed Garden Grove location. Could they have backed out and chose to locate a cheaper place nearby?
