- Sega Sports is both a brand and a division/team, with many SoA employees specifically dedicated to it (and directly hired into it too! seeing a lot of folks who ONLY worked in the Sega Sports division.) The division had its own employees and methodologies... imagine STI or something, but specifically for sports.
