Cheat mode
On the main menu, set Lives to 3, Continues to 6 and Arthur to 2, then set Test Sounds to "Gleam" and press start. If done correctly, CHEAT will appear in the background.
A level select will appear when starting the game. During play, pausing and pressing HOLD 
+
+
will finish the stage, while ++ will take you to the end.
