Toshihide Ozeki (小関 俊英) is a former game designer and director at Sega of Japan. He is one of many Panzer Dragoon Saga who later worked at United Game Artists, specifically on the Space Channel 5 series. While at UGA, Ozeki also worked with Sega-AM2 on Aero Elite: Combat Academy, because of UGA and Sega-AM2 being stationed in the same building at the time[1]. It also capitalized on his history playing flight simulators in elementary school[1]. He later worked with AM2 again on Ghost Squad and a spiritual successor to Aero Dancing, After Burner Climax.
