The Twin-Stick PC is a Windows 95 PC equivalent to the Saturn Twin-Stick. It is one of the very few peripherals released by Sega for non-Sega hardware during the 1990s, and saw release exclusively in Japan.
The stick is believed to be identical to the Saturn version in terms of functionality, although is far less common, suggesting a much more limited release. Like its Saturn counterpart it was designed for use with Cyber Troopers Virtual-On.
