Unusual Japanese game for the Megadrive

 Hello everyone,

          Does anyone know of an early 1990's Japanese game for the Sega Megadrive called Mr Kasumo? The code on the box in English is SEMDMRKA. It is a bright yellow box with colourful Japanese cartooon characters.

Probably a wonky translation - I see references to a "MR KASUMO" in the December 1990 and January 1991 editions of CVG, but from that description...
