Wisdom Tree Sega Genesis Collection is a Sega Mega Drive game compilation developed and published by Piko Interactive, consisting of four Wisdom Tree titles: Bible Adventures, Spiritual Warfare, Exodus: Journey to the Promised Land, and Joshua & The Battle of Jericho. Released in January 2017 as one of the stretch goals for Wisdom Tree's successful Arkade Kickstarter campaign[2], it was available for purchase as a complete boxed copy or as a loose cartridge.
History
On July 16, 2016, Piko Interactive and Wisdom Tree launched a Kickstarter campaign for The Arkade, a plug and play device which compiles the company's 8-bit unlicensed Christian games into a single piece of hardware. With a goal of $16,500, the Kickstarter was supported by 341 backers which managed to successfully fund a total of $25,965 toward the project. Extra pledge goals were later added, including separate game collections consisting of all four games in one cartridge; alongside the Mega Drive release, versions for the Family Computer and Windows PC were also produced.[2]
