Yuji Nakayama is a former programmer at Sega who was part of Sonic Team (then GE1) between roughly 2006 to 2009. He seems to have worked with a couple different companies since leaving Sega, including Tango Gameworks on The Evil Within and Ghostwire: Tokyo.
