Zzap! was a video game magazine published in Italy.
It derives from the UK Commodore 64 (and later Amiga) magazine Zzap!64, but did not limit itself to just Commodore machines, covering the Amstrad CPC, Atari's 8-bit computers, Commodore 16 and Plus/4, MSX, ZX Spectrum and later games consoles such as the Sega Master System and Sega Mega Drive. However, the bulk of its game coverage catered for C64 owners, with the Italian version of The Games Machine concentrating on 16-bit computers. Later Console Mania would be established to give better coverage to consoles.
