In any game, completing the single-player mode unlocks the "Sound Remix" setting in the options menu for that game. This setting switches between the original FM synthesized soundtrack and an arranged soundtrack (which is the same soundtrack that was originally included in the FM Towns port of Super Street Fighter II and the 3DO version of Super Street Fighter II X).

In any game, completing the single-player mode without using a continue unlocks a "CPU Battle" mode on the main menu for that game. In this mode, the player chooses any character to play and any opponent and fights a single match against the computer at the highest difficulty. The game credits are played after winning a match.

After completing the single-player mode of all three games, a "Super Versus" mode appears on the main menu of the compilation. This enters a special two-player versus mode where players can choose from any version of any character from all three games ("SF2" for The World Warrior, "DASH" for Champion Edition, and "TURBO" for Hyper Fighting). On the character select screen, Up and Down select the character and Left and Right select the game.
