The Untitled Xaropinho game is a unreleased Sega Mega Drive game produced by Tec Toy, starring the Brazilian cartoon character Xaropinho from the popular television show Programa do Ratinho. It was set to reuse the gameplay engine from Tec Toy's earlier Férias Frustradas do Pica-Pau, but due to copyright problems between the show's host Ratinho and the network SBT, the game was cancelled.

History

A brief animation of Xaropinho walking forward.

Development

Ultimately, only a single walking animation of Xaropinho was ever produced before the project was shuddered.[1][2]

Legacy

In the years following its cancellation, the game picked up the unofficial community names of Xaropinho Adventures and Jogo de Xaropinho.[3]
