March of Time is an unreleased Sega Mega-CD video editing program in the Virtual VCR series developed by Digital Pictures and scheduled to be published by Sega around January 1993.[1] Based on the short film series The March of Time, it was announced at Winter CES 1993 (despite not appearing at the show itself), but ultimately never made it to store shelves.
