Wonder MIDI (ワンダーMIDI) is an extremely rare Sega Mega Drive cartridge released by JVC in Japan. It was compatible with the RG-M1 variant of the Wondermega.

Having been undumped for over 30 years, a ROM was finally dumped by Andlabs and released on December 3, 2023.

Software

The software allowed control of MIDI musical instruments via the original Wondermega's MIDI Out port. It was also compatible with "Hyper Audio System" compact discs, a format developed by NEC and Rittor Music for playback of MIDI music on compatible hardware branded "MiDiworld". A special MiDiworld disc was produced for Wonder MIDI called Wonder MIDI Collection. It also had a music visualiser, simply called "BGV".

Wonder Dog, the titular protagonist of the Mega-CD game Wonder Dog, is prominently featured on the box and in the software itself.
