A North American Telegames Personal Arcade.

The Telegames Personal Arcade is an unlicensed console developed by Telegames and released in 1988 in North America. The console is able to play SG-1000 and ColecoVision games, which means, as the SG-1000 was not officially released in North America, the Telegames Personal Arcade was the only way North American consumers could play SG-1000 games without importing a console. The console appears to have been called the DINA 2-in-1 in other regions, and this naming scheme is still present on the Telegames Personal Arcade unit.

The console was only available via mail order, and the North American version of the unit did not openly advertise SG-1000 compatibility as cartridges were so rare.
