Kazuhiko Kouchi (河内 和彦) is a sound designer and engineer involved with a few of Sega's AM2 titles, especially the Virtua Fighter series.

He worked with Takenobu Mitsuyoshi and Takayuki Nakamura and even composed a track which the latter artist arranged for the Saturn release of Virtua Fighter 2.
