Genital is a Sega Mega Drive emulator for DOS, developed by Bart Trzynadlowski. Its emulation capabilities are decent, but the emulator lacks sound support. It uses a unique save state format with ".gns" as a file extension.[2]

Genital version 0.2 was ported to Windows by Atani, with the title Genital32.[3] It runs excessively fast on modern CPUs.
